About the Role



Atomix Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Software Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Jurong East. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer feedback, providing technical support and training, analyzing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.





Key Responsibilities



Customer Feedback Management: Record and categorize customer-reported issues, monitor resolution progress, and provide timely updates to clients.





Technical Support & Training: Offer remote guidance and on-site training to ensure clients can effectively operate and maintain equipment.





Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyze post-sales issue reports, categorize problems, and develop standardized solution templates.





Internal Collaboration: Provide technical support within the organization and assist the operations manager with relevant data analysis.





Workflow Optimization: Enhance comprehensive workflows to improve service quality and customer experience.





Defect Reproduction Testing: Reproduce and test user-reported defects, collaborate with R&D throughout the quality assurance process, and track quality issues to improve product standards.





Qualifications & Requirements





Educational Background: Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related fields.





Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.





Technical Skills: Proficient in Linux, server configuration, network protocols, SQL, Oracle databases, and basic code management tools like Git. Skilled in Java and Python programming languages; familiarity with SVN and Git is advantageous.





Software Proficiency: Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications.





Preferred Attributes





Language Skills: Proficiency in English for professional communication; ability to work on-site; Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, as the role requires frequent communication with colleagues based in China.
