As a
Software Lead
, you'll lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality digital systems.You'll be hands-on in system design and fullstack development, while mentoring others, championing DevSecOps, and ensuring adherence to public sector standards.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of developers Design and build scalable, secure fullstack systems Develop robust
RESTful APIs
ImplementDevSecOps
practices andCI/CD pipelines
Work withAWS/Azure
and integrate withSingpass/Corppass
Collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact solutionsWhat You Bring
6+ years of development experience; 2-3 years in a leadership role Strong in fullstack development and API design Proficient in cloud (AWS/Azure) and DevSecOps Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
