Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of software development projects, which may also involve hardware infrastructure setup and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task allocations. Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and of high quality. Manage project resources, budget, and costs effectively. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, collaborators, business partners, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company project management processes and methodologies. Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks proactively. Drive technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements and propose solutions to challenges.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management activities within software development projects. Professional certification in Project Management is preferred (e.g., PMP). Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent is preferred. Strong understanding of project management processes and best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in producing planning documentation and project reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
