Key Responsibilities: * Act as a strategic bridge between business goals and technical delivery teams to ensure the smooth execution of software projects.

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, implementation, and post-launch support.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure UI/UX considerations are integrated into system design.
Analyze and assess project risks, provide mitigation strategies, and ensure timely delivery within scope.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring that project outcomes align with business objectives.
Continuously identify operational gaps and propose actionable improvements.
Ensure SLA compliance for both project execution and incident management.

Requirements:

min. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
min. 4 years of experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of managing end-to-end software project.
Experience in trading domain is a strong advantage.
