Job Description

• Basic up to $4,500
• Entitled to allowance + commission
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
• Location: Kallang

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for HRMS software through various channels, such as cold calling, networking and referrals
• Conduct sales presentation and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Understand the needs and requirement of the clients and tailor the HRMS solution to meet their business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Maintain strong relationship with clients and provide effective customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth of the company.

Additional Information:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes and systems, preferably in the HRMS or HR technology industry.
