Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and client engagement to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing of deals.
Deliver consultative, solution-driven sales presentations and conduct system demonstrations to showcase product value and ROI.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Prepare and manage proposals, RFP and tender responses, quotations, and sales-related documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in alignment with company goals and client requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams--including Professional Services, Product Development, and Marketing--to tailor solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and activity reports within the CRM system.
Partner with internal teams to create integrated offerings that enhance the company's HR software portfolio.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets.
Requirements
Hold's Bachelors degree, equivalent B2B sales experience will be considered
Demonstrated success in engaging and closing deals with HR leaders and C-level executives.
Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills, with confidence in cold-calling, networking, and identifying new business opportunities.
Proficient in social media marketing and website (WordPress) management
