For our growing organization, we are looking for a

Software & Security Business Unit Head

to join our Sales team.

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of the software and cybersecurity ecosystem, including products, services, and emerging trends.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in sales of software and/or security solutions.

Proven ability to build and lead teams, with strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.

Advanced selling, negotiation, and time management capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

Build and lead the software & security sales team, driving adoption of best-in-class sales methodologies.

Identify and onboard the right partners, while deepening relationships with existing ones in collaboration with vendors.

Develop expertise in software and cybersecurity solutions, advising partners and customers on adoption and implementation.

Work closely with partner executives to drive joint investments, business alignment, and long-term growth.

Deliver strong revenue and margin performance, creating a sustainable partner ecosystem.

Expand the pipeline by identifying new opportunities and supporting cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across software and security portfolios.
