Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable
Mid to Senior Level Software Test Engineer
to support testing activities across investment systems and applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in testing and data validation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute
test plans and test cases
that ensure comprehensive coverage of system functionality. Performend-to-end and regression testing
to validate system stability and data integrity across releases. ConductAPI, JSON, and SQL-based testing
to verify data accuracy and backend logic. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to identify and resolve defects. Analyze test results, document findings, and provide detailed feedback to improve software quality. SupportBAU operations
and participate in ongoing testing cycles for system enhancements and maintenance. Apply strongproblem-solving skills
and attention to detail to identify root causes and ensure timely issue resolution.Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of
Software Test Engineer
or in a similar QA/testing role. Proficiency inJSON
,API
,SQL
, and at least oneprogramming language
. Strong understanding ofregression
andend-to-end testing
processes. Excellentcommunication skills
with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Quick learner with the ability to adapt in afast-paced environment
. Demonstrated ability to writeclear, concise, and comprehensive
test documentation. Willingness to provide testing and operational support forBAU activities
as required.Good to Have
Familiarity with
financial instruments and entities
. Experience withperformance testing
. Understanding ofcoding and scripting
for automation purposes. * Knowledge ofsoftware QA methodologies, tools, and processes
