Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science. At least 10 years of experience in Software test management / Functional Test management Develop and build test strategies for manual, automated, and performance testing which assist the application teams to maintain high-quality software delivery. Define and maintain quality assurance guidelines and standards across the whole firm. Work with the key business and technology stakeholders in building the required testing strategy and framework. Coordinate and liaise with business units, IT, external vendors, and/or project teams to resolve any testing issues or conflicts Manage the testing teams on building test plans, testing scripts, and test reports. Lead the testing function in the development division and drive testing governance plan for best practices. Lead the testing in CI/CD environment. Contributes to testing best practices across the firm. * Manage testing resources across the firm, including in-house testing teams, contractors, external vendors, and offshore resources.
