Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Solar PV Design and Engineering with good engineering practice and in compliance with Solar PV Installations Carry out site visits to verify roof layout as provided by the client or by the engineering team Selection of system components Provide design for electrical layout including single-line diagrams, interconnection details, wiring & block diagrams Prepare calculation for DC/AC cable & trunking sizing Familiar with CP5, SCDF FSC, and regulatory codes relevant to Solar PV Installations Provide 3D modeling & shading analysis using Sketchup Provide engineering support as needed to the project development and project management teams Understand the optimal design applications and design limitations of our solutions, and develop the evaluation of alternative component requirements
Requirements
Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Clean Energy/Renewable Energy Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup and PVsyst Ability to read Electrical Single Line Diagram (SLDs), Roof plans and drawings Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Singaporean only
