Job Requirements:

Personal and Social

• Able to explain designs and solutions to developers and business users alike
• Strong leadership skills in matrix organizational setup, ability to lead, mentor and coach team members and developers.
• Passionate and efficient self-learner in order to adopt new technologies and methodologies to create business value

Professional and Technical

• 12+ years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise systems in banking domain
• Java/J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, DevOps, API Management, Architecture Design Patterns ,Integration Architecture , Kafka, Any cloud knowledge, Data Management knowledge.
• Hand-on experience in coding, Designing applications, Assessments, developing PoCs/PoTs, creating a base framework for the engineering team to develop, Code/Architecture reviews.
• Working Experience as an Practicing Architect working directly with customer stakeholders
• Advantageous if the candidates have BFS domain experience. It could be either in Banking, Capital Markets , Cards and Payments separately or a combination as well
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachmann

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define IT Asia\'s architecture roadmap and landscape in line with the Digital Strategy of the bank
• Consider local adaptions of global standards to meet regulatory and cultural differences
• Participate in IT Projects by providing architecture and solution blueprints
• Manage and drive proof of concepts on new technologies and tools that may be required for supporting the bank\'s business
• Manage software and system\'s lifecycle to minimize technology risks coming out of unsupported or obsolete software/systems
• Conduct design and high level code reviews
