Job Description

You'll play a key role in defining solution architecture, mentoring development teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory requirements across multiple customer-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end solutions for web and mobile payment platforms. Select and implement technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with business objectives. Lead development teams through the full software lifecycle -- from concept and design to delivery and optimization. Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, GDPR). Collaborate with product, UX, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Oversee integration with APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services. Partner with DevOps and cloud engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS or equivalent). Monitor and enhance system performance, availability, and reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. At least 8 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles. Proven track record in building and deploying consumer-facing or payment-related applications. Hands-on experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). Strong backend development expertise (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent). Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities. Deep understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and security protocols.
