We are looking for a self-driven and passionate individual to join our team as Solution Architect for Loan Technology.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative team responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology solutions for the Loan businesses globally within Financial Markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the overall Loan solutions Technical Delivery ensuring loan solutions are delivered on scope, time, budget as well as meeting engineering/design requirements in a matrix organization.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of a recently started platform (LoanIQ, Loan related services and analytics apps) for our Loan desks \xe2\x80\x93 trading, syndication, lending/banking books - ensuring it aligns with our Financial Markets and global Credit strategy.
  • Oversee the development of applications and analytics around the system.
  • Drive the implementation of LoanIQ as the anchor system for Loan Trading/Booking/Processing and and ability to integrate the system
  • Responsible for delivery across Loans trading, settlements, payments and downstream data distribution
  • Drive cross-teams solutions to deliver end-to-end Loan solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions within a financial services environment.
  • Meet stakeholders expectations: Traders, Head of businesses, COO, Head of Functions, IT peers, IT management, Analytics teams.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred with a strong engineering complexity sensitivity and Financial / Capital markets Loan businesses culture stemming from a decade in an investment bank / credit markets.
  • 10 + years of experience working in Loans / Lending Technology and products like LoanIQ or ACBS.
  • Proven expertise with Loans related technology (internal, vendors), and ability to integrate systems.
  • Hands on with requirements analysis, solution design and delivery. Perform high-level code reviews to ensure delivery matches expectations.
  • Experience in delivery and technical team management through the complete project lifecycle. Extensive experience in business stakeholder management including front-office and back-office clients.
  • LoanIQ product Architect for the Loans Technology team, responsible for developing the Global Loans IT strategic roadmap.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other product lines across Global Credit Products (GCP) IT to ensure alignment of resourcing and target state delivery
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale implementation and integration projects, building and managing successful teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Possess a strong technical acumen and have the capability to analyse situations from a technical standpoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions within financial markets/global loan businesses environments.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Proven expertise with the LoanIQ system and ability to integrate the system
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale implementation and integration projects, building and managing successful teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions within a financial services environment
