Job Description

The Solution Architect leads unique and highly complex projects involving design, development and implementation of system architectures. He/She will plan and monitor the design of artefacts into enterprise systems and how they relate to the overall enterprise system architecture. He/She will be involved in the development and application of new solutions in the infrastructure. He/She recommends and leads the adoption of new technological advances and best practices in infrastructure systems to ensure they are well integrated. He/She identifies and resolves unique and complex issues which have organisation-wide and long-term impact. He /She mentors and provides technical leadership to the junior staff.



He/She should have a creative and critical mind and enjoys identifying linkages and interconnections among various parts of a system or architecture. He/She is a technical expert who should also be people-oriented, consultative, developmental and actively engaging stakeholders to design optimal secure system architectures.



Responsibilities



? Maintain broad technical proficiency and should also possess knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trajectory and prevailing market trends



? Work with internal or external presales consultants for detailed technical requirement and design



? Prepare and deliver the composite solutions for customers, including proposal writing and presentation



? Able to translate business' need to technical requirement; using technology to resolve business challenges



? Participate in the business development lifecycle. Identify opportunities, generate proposals, and support other sales efforts



? Worked with the various team to design and architect the end-to-end application and infrastructure solution



? Aligning solution architecture, including statement of work, design, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions



? Ability to meet customer goals and objectives for the project within budget and on time



? Work closely with the Account team, Solution Sales & Service Delivery team and the customer to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation and support.



Requirements

? Degree in IT or related field with relevant technical certifications in various technologies and working experience in similar role for at least 8 years

? Sound technical knowledge in the some or all of these areas:

networking, system, cloud and cyber security

? Provide support for complex opportunities

? Design and Architect end-to-end solutions that consists of multiple technologies of software, hardware or services

? Able to write and provide content for bids and proposals

? Able to do research and have strong analytical skills

? Business acumen, able to communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders

? Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-pace environment
