About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented **Senior Solution Architect** to join a dynamic regional team based in Singapore. This is a critical individual contributor role focused on driving complex technical solution design within high-growth enterprise accounts across the APAC region. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and shaping the market by becoming a trusted advisor and digital ecosystem enabler.
What You'll Be Accountable For:

• Prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities with potential clients, identifying pain points to propose effective solutions.
• Leading the design and architecture of complex digital transformation solutions, specifically across **Network, SD-WAN, SASE, and Cloud Security** domains.
• Translating intricate customer requirements into functional, effective, and appropriate technical solutions.
• Driving strategic relationship management at all levels to enhance customer reach and engagement.
• Taking strong involvement in complex deals and decision-making processes.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal product, marketing, network, and service management teams, as well as external partners and OEM vendors, to drive successful outcomes.
• Researching, monitoring, and understanding market and competitive trends to create strategic plans that deliver desired results.
• Authoring compelling technical sections of proposals and presenting solutions to customers.
• Providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer to sales teams to enhance solution selling capabilities.

Who You Are:

• You possess 10-12 years of sales experience within the Telecommunications or Global Service Integrator sectors.
• You have **must-have experience selling Digital Transformation solutions** in areas such as Network, SD-WAN, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SASE, Contact Centre, and UCaaS.
• You hold an **MBA or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science**.
• You are a strong communicator and confident individual with a positive working attitude.
• You demonstrate flexibility in problem-solving and can identify and significantly improve existing methods and techniques.
• You are detail-oriented with proven experience in creating thorough and comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• You have strong presentation and communication skills, capable of building "trusted advisor" relationships with customers.
• Fluency in English is essential, and strong Mandarin skills are a significant advantage for collaborating across APAC markets.
