Job Description

Responsibilities



Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects for marine and offshore clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Design and deliver integrated HR solutions across modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting (RCM/RMK), Onboarding (ONB 2.0), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Learning, and People Analytics. Oversee integration between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/S4HANA, and marine operational systems using CPI or PI/PO. Support HR transformation initiatives such as crew scheduling, shift management, and compliance with maritime labor regulations. Lead project planning, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables. Work closely with HR, IT, and operations teams to align onshore and offshore workforce management processes. Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and system optimization. Maintain strong project governance, documentation, and audit compliance throughout all implementation phases. Act as a strategic advisor for HR digitalization in marine organizations, guiding technology innovation and best practices. Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and performance excellence.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support with Certified in SuccessFactors Implementation and Services Proven success in leading HR digital transformation projects within the marine, offshore, or oil & gas sectors. Hands-on experience managing large-scale, multi-country implementations with complex workforce and compliance requirements. Strong working knowledge of Agile and SAP Activate methodologies. In-depth understanding of maritime HR operations, including crew rotations, certification tracking, training compliance, and global mobility. Expertise in HR analytics, data migration, and SAP S/4HANA integration with third-party applications. This is the role focused on leading SAP software implementation projects using the SAP Activate methodology, SAP Activate Project Manager certification is must Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0, PMGM, LMS, People Analytics, IAS. Strong experience with SAP CPI, PI/PO, HCM, and marine HR systems integration. Excellent capability in solution design, configuration, and system optimization. Knowledge of HR reporting, compliance analytics, and digital learning platforms. * Familiarity with maritime regulatory frameworks such as MLC, STCW, and IMO standards is an advantage
