The Role
Veeva's commercial cloud brings together software, data, and consulting to enable customer centricity in the life sciences industry. We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant to join our sales organisation, drive sales for cloud-based, innovative solutions into major life science organizations, and be responsible for success at key existing customers. As a Solution Consultant, you will deliver value-based product demonstrations and architecture presentations to prospects and existing customers.
What You'll Do

• As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate messaging and demonstrations to prospective customers and managing customer success for existing customers.
• Identify the customer's challenges and objectives, and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and brings business value to the organization
• Communicate product messaging, valuable market insights, and industry trends to customers
• Identify areas of growth and adoption for customers and proactively provide recommendations
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product - and technology-related inquiries
• Participate as a member of the sales team in all aspects of executing a sales strategy and building customer relationships
• Help run the at-scale' customer success program
• Help maintain various demo environments within the team
• Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in either SaaS vendors/technology consulting/life sciences industry
• Customer-facing experience
• Excellent presentation, demonstration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability and skills for business application design and technology
• Proactive and highly motivated; able to work independently
• Full working rights in Singapore

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting
• Understanding of Life Sciences SaaS solutions
• Knowledge of workflows in the pharma ecosystem
