About the Role:
Overview
The Solution Design Manager [SDM] role sits at the head of the project lifecycle. The SDM assists sales during the sales process in terms of the workflows scoping, business knowledge, and client demos (with the help from Customer Success, Product Design, Product).
Once a new service has been sold by sales with the assistance of SDM, it will pass to an assigned project manager. The project manager will track, manage and escalate risks on the project. They will work with the connectivity team (and integration dev team) to perform the setup of transformers and addresses, perform the setup in the product and support the client in UAT testing before deploying the production. At any point along the project lifecycle and upon request, the SDM will provide assistance and guidance of the business and workflow requirements as scoped and agreed with the client. Rescoping of requirements may be required.
