Solution Manager/Director Solutions & Proposals Asia Pacific Work Dynamics Introduction to the role As the architect of workplace solutions for new and existing JLL pursuits across Asia Pacific, Solution Manager/Director Solutions & Proposals Asia Pacific Work Dynamics Introduction to the role As the architect of workplace solutions for new and existing JLL pursuits across Asia Pacific, the Solution Manager is responsible for the ideation and articulation of real estate solutions with a focus on regional and global facilities management clients. This position plays a vital role in crafting relevant, innovative, and industry-leading client solutions in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), competitive and off-market account renewals, and acts as a trusted advisor-collaborator to colleagues in sales, proposals, pricing, and accounts. The Solution Manager also works closely with subject matter experts across JLL's wider Work Dynamics platform including JLL Technologies, workplace experience, sustainability, engineering, workplace operations, and many others, to design and present tailored solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of client objectives and business strategy. The role reports to the Head of Solutions & Proposals, Asia Pacific, and will be based in Singapore. What this role involves Partner with Sales Leads, Proposal Managers, Pricing Managers, other Solution & Proposal teams, functional/technical subject matter experts and marketing to put forth a tailored, competitive solution for each qualified prospective client Provide strategic and solution design input throughout the sales process and support development of high quality, persuasive business materials (proposal documents and presentations) to assist in winning new business and retaining/renewing regional, national, and international accounts in the firm's portfolio Key contributor to proposal development process by coordinate the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for proposal and presentation to prospective clients Champion JLL products and solutions and ability to question and probe proposed solutions to further refine client offerings Contribute to the development of staffing models, savings glidepaths, transformation roadmaps, technology offerings and other customized concepts to differentiate JLL's proposed solution Actively participate as part of a global Solution & Proposal community by collaborating with peers across the globe, ensuring ongoing exchange of solution best practices Leading strategic activities to continuously strengthen solution management and design practices What are the key responsibilities Partnering with key Work Dynamics and other stakeholders (such as business lines, service lines, account teams, pursuit teams and relevant SMEs) through the proposal process to execute on strategic opportunities which include but not limited to prospecting, RFI, RFP, presentation and contracting Develop a thorough understanding of JLL's broad capabilities to meet client needs, recognising opportunities to offer the client value adds which solves problem statements or pain points Annually identify and develop refresh programs and ongoing solution strategies with Sales Ensure ongoing communication and facilitation of a coordinated handoff to JLL Delivery and Operations teams on successful proposals Deliver sales growth by supporting sales leads with a) developing solutions and strategies in new business b) expanding existing client relationships and scaling up relationships with more scope, and or product Develop and strengthen key relationships to ensure quality content extraction and baseline library compilation and refresh initiatives Consistent improvement of overall bid win rates and feedback from win/loss debriefs What are the key skills and qualifications required A strong operational background in Real Estate (ideally Facilities Management), and/or experience supporting the Sales/RFP process at a regional level. You should understand solution design concepts like gearing ratios, organizational design, and RACI design of roles. Bachelor's Degree with at least six years' experience in Solution Development, Account Management, Facilities Management and/or Bid Management preferably within the real estate industry Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), coupled with strong influencing skills - particularly at a senior level Highly organised team player, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines Deep knowledge of key MS Office products Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations What we can do for you: At JLL, we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realise your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
