About the Role



Our client, a listed fintech company specializing in

trade and supply chain finance solutions

, is looking for a

Solution Manager

to join their regional team in Singapore.


This role plays a critical part in

supporting the sales team

to structure and deliver financing solutions for enterprise clients and banking partners. You will act as the bridge between

sales, product, and implementation teams

, ensuring that each transaction is feasible, well-structured, and aligned with the client's commercial objectives.


Key Responsibilities



Support sales

in structuring end-to-end trade and supply chain finance deals for corporate clients and financial institutions. Work with

buyers, suppliers, and banking partners

to assess financing needs, validate feasibility, and coordinate solution design. Translate client requirements into clear business specifications and coordinate with

internal product and operations teams

to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and present

deal structures, financial flows, and process documentation

to internal stakeholders for approval. Provide input to the

product team

based on client feedback and market trends to help refine existing solutions. Serve as a

subject-matter liaison

for trade finance products such as receivables purchase, payables finance, and distributor financing.

Requirements



5-10 years

of experience in

trade finance, transaction banking, or supply chain finance

roles. Prior exposure to

solution structuring, trade sales support, or pre-sales functions

in a bank or fintech environment. Strong understanding of

trade finance instruments

, credit risk considerations, and operational flows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners. Analytical mindset and familiarity with structuring or pricing models will be an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
