We are working with a

global fintech platform

that partners with banks and enterprises to deliver

supply chain finance and working capital solutions

. We are hiring a

Solution Manager

to work closely with corporate clients, partner banks, and internal product teams to

structure trade and supply chain financing solutions

.

What You Will Do

Work with corporate clients to

understand financing needs

and design

working capital solutions

(e.g.

Receivables Financing, Payables Financing, Supplier Finance, Dynamic Discounting

)

Structure financing programs

including eligibility criteria, funding models, risk mitigation structures and operational flows Partner with

Sales

during pre-deal discussions to shape solution strategy and respond to

RFPs/RFIs

Work with

Risk and Credit teams

to support

program underwriting

and prepare deal proposals Lead

client solution design workshops

, covering

workflow, funding mechanics and commercial structure

Collaborate with

Legal

to review program agreements and financing documentation Own

end-to-end deal execution

from solution design to onboarding and program go-live Work with

product and operations teams

to configure program workflows and operational processes Support

commercial negotiations

and ensure solution viability and profitability

What You Bring

Experience in

Transaction Banking / Trade Finance / Working Capital / Supply Chain Finance

Strong understanding of financing structures:

AR/AP Financing

,

Invoice Discounting

,

Receivables Purchase

Supply Chain Finance

,

Buyer-Led/Supplier-Led Programs

Risk Participation

,

Credit Approval Flows

Experience working with corporate clients on

solution design or deal structuring

Familiarity with

credit evaluation, KYC and risk considerations

Strong communication skills with the ability to

lead client conversations

Comfortable working

cross-functionally

with

Sales, Risk, Legal, Credit and Product

Good to Have

Experience in

Trade Product Management

Working Capital Advisory

or

SCF Solutioning

Exposure to fintech or digital trade platforms Experience in

deal documentation

and credit paper preparation Knowledge of

funding mechanics and capital deployment
