Job Description

Lead the end to end implementation of the functional work streams (Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Supplier Relationship Management, Spend etc.),


from the requirements until cut over / Go Live.





> Provide thought leadership to drive key decision related to overall integration architecture





> Drive design workshops with the clients, analyse customer needs and validate technical choices and come up wth functional solution design and integration architecture along with integration consultant





> Document system design and set expectations for delivery. Work with internal resources and client to drive decisions and communicate trade-offs in scope variances.





> Drive the client towards best practices and standard out of the box solution





> Complete preliminary configuration of the Zycus solution and work with the team to deliver advanced configurations and enhancements.





> Develop deep functional expertise in Zycus Solution among the team, maintain documentation and train his/her clients on the out of the box solution.





> Serve as mentor to colleagues and project team in industry and implementation best practices





> Monitor project as per milestones, engage customer stake holders appropriately to deliver KPIs effectively





>Coordinate and communicating with team members across multiple stream, services and organizations





>In essence, the Zycus Solution Architect role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to translate business needs into successful technology solutions.







Requirement Gathering and Analysis:


Understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and identifying optimal solutions.


Solution Design:


Creating architectural blueprints for scalable and robust integration solutions, considering industry best practices and Zycus product capabilities.


Implementation and Support:


Working with vendors and service providers to optimize integration flows and ensuring successful deployments.


Collaboration:


Working closely with sales, product management, and implementation teams to drive successful customer outcomes.


Business benefits quantification support: To be able to work with key customer change management team to help in quantifying the business benefits from the implementation based on key performance KPIs.


Best Practices and Documentation:


Developing and promoting S2P implementation best practices, and creating documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.


Technical Expertise:


Possessing a strong understanding of Zycus products, integration technologies (e.g., with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and the broader procurement landscape.


Continuous Improvement:


Identifying areas for process improvement, recommending solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.


Specific Focus Areas:


Integration: Designing and implementing integrations between Zycus products and various ERP systems.


S2P: Developing and optimizing Source-to-Pay processes within Zycus.


Pre-Sales: Collaborating with sales teams to demonstrate solutions and build client relationships.


Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.


Security: Ensuring the security of solutions and implementing security measures.





Expertise in end to end Procurement processes like Sourcing, contract management, Purchase requests, invoicing , supplier analytics etc.


>Very good understanding of the end to end supply chain processes for retail customers
