Job Description

We're looking for a

hands-on Solutions Architect

to design and deliver secure, scalable, and innovative enterprise solutions. You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive IAM and cloud architecture, and spearhead AI adoption across the business.

What You'll Do

Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in IAM, microservices, and cloud-native apps. Lead full-stack development (Angular, React, Spring Boot, Node.js) with modern DevOps practices. Architect and implement IAM with ForgeRock, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, MFA, and passwordless auth. Build resilient cloud (AWS/Azure) and event-driven systems with Kafka, RabbitMQ, API gateways. Drive AI adoption with RAG-based agents and enterprise integrations. Mentor teams, champion engineering excellence, and ensure security & compliance.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in architecture/leadership. Strong expertise in IAM (ForgeRock stack), Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, Node.js. Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, REST/GraphQL/gRPC APIs. Practical AI experience (LangChain, Haystack, LLMs like GPT-4/Claude). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Points:

AWS/Azure/ForgeRock certifications, experience with AI agent frameworks (Phidata, CrewAI, AutoGen).
