About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global technology services firm to identify a Solutions Architect to anchor large-scale IT Infrastructure service engagements. This is a strategic client-facing position where you will play a pivotal role in developing pursuit strategies, crafting integrated solutions, and driving successful outcomes across multiple service lines such as Digital Workplace, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networks, and IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

Lead the solutioning strategy and pursuit architecture for large infrastructure and IT outsourcing engagements across diverse industry verticals. Collaborate closely with pursuit and bid teams to shape compelling, competitive, and commercially viable solutions. Engage with internal stakeholders and client-side stakeholders throughout the pre-sales lifecycle--from initial discovery workshops to solution defense, due diligence and final negotiations. Provide thought leadership in solution design and ensure alignment with customer objectives, business context, and technical roadmap. Support regional and global initiatives as part of a broader business development and go-to-market team.

Requirements

Tertiary degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure pre-sales or solution architecture roles. Experience across at least two or more of the following areas: Digital Workplace, Cloud Platforms, Network Architecture, Cybersecurity, or Service Management. Experience leading end-to-end solutions for large enterprise deals, particularly within industries such as Manufacturing, Telecom, Automotive, Life Sciences or Retail is preferred. Willingness to travel and flexibility to operate across global time zones where required.
