As a Solutions Assistant at Milestone Systems in Singapore, you will support the teams in various activities, helping to enable the sales process and enhance customer engagement. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical sales support and develop your career within the technology industry.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the presales team in preparing technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Support in configuring and setting up product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Help maintain and update customer records in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Develop a solid understanding of Milestone Systems' products and services.
• Provide basic technical sales support and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support the team in delivering proofs of concept and prototypes to prospective clients.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the team lead/manager.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT architecture and technology principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Interest in the surveillance or related technology industry.
