Salary: SGD 10K (Negotiable) Responsibilities: . Propose customized solutions that comprise China Telecom's telecom network connectivity services to cope with corporate customers' requirements. . Involvement in the whole process from pre-sales to production environment- user requirement study, solution presentation, demonstration, training, on-site support and ensure smooth project implementation. . Influence customer's technical requirements, and position China Telecom service relative to competition. . Develop overall solutions, response to RFI, RFP and other proposals that requested by Corporate Customers . Coordinate with our agents / suppliers, HQ and Branch Offices of China Telecom and periodically provide solution training to Sales Team . Coordinate with related parties for project implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance . Maintain qualitative customer services & loyalty of customers Requirements: . Bachelor's Degree in Computer Studies, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications. . At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the Telecommunications industry, experiences in dealing with MNC, holders of professional certificate (e.g: CCNP,CISSP) . Sound knowledge in transmission technologies, IP routing and Cloud hosting solutions e.g. Cable systems, SD-WAN, Cloud connectivity and some telecom services Internet/MPLS/Metro Ethernet solutions . Strong in Layer 2 & 3 Networking Skills such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, DMVPN, IPSEC technologies . Superior analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills . Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with both technical and non-technical users. .
