Job Description

Responsibilities: - Support technical representation across all OEM sales channels and on-site project issues within the assigned regions - Work with Sales Team to define and develop OEM channel product and service value propositions - Work with Sales Team on promoting wireless lighting control solutions and its services to specifiers and owners - Support the technical needs of the regions (customers and sales channels) including troubleshooting - Address technical questions from both customers and channel partners timely - Prepare and develop content for technical training presentations - Provide regular training/communications to customers and sales channels, so as to support active pre and post-sales activities - Support execution of customers\xe2\x80\x99 return processes (RMA) - Support commercial release processes by bringing current and real life application examples to customers and sales channels - Prepare, coordinate and follow-up on LED driver certifications for assigned regions (PSB, PSE, KC, TISI, etc) Requirements: - Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Information Technology - Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience - Ability to work independently, resourceful & detailed - Ability to multi-task & organize work efficiently with minimum supervision - Possess strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and presentation skills ** 5-day work week ** Shuttle Bus Service provided at Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang MRT Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
