Responsibilities: Overall post-sales consultant to meet customers' operations and support requirements and enable customers to achieve their Service Level Agreement * Provide quality post-sales co Responsibilities: Overall post-sales consultant to meet customers' operations and support requirements and enable customers to achieve their Service Level Agreement Provide quality post-sales consultation and develop cost effective, resilient, innovative and reliable operation and support services to win proposals and bids/tenders and achieved customer satisfaction for the services rendered Understand customers' maintenance requirements and be able to translate into operations and support services in mind Perform role of getting back-to-back maintenance support from the vendors, ensuring maintenance support proposed by partners meet customer requirements Conduct presentations on proposed maintenance services to customers Prepare win/loss analysis for proposals/bids/tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of win strategies Provide support to project team and service delivery team in post-sales queries when required Duration: Permanent Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 6 pm) Salary: Up to $8,000 Location: Ang Mo Kio Requirements : Degree/Diploma in Communications/Computer Science or equivalent qualifications Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a technical position in the ICT or IT industry Knowledge of ICT related technologies and services including network and security is an advantage Possess good customer handling and presentation skills Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): [HIDDEN TEXT] (Reg No: R1327243) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
