Working hours - Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Requirements

Client Engagement & Strategy Alignment. Support transformation efforts by providing advice to clients to translate enterprise objectives into actionable, scalable, and sustainable solutions Solution Discovery & Design. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs. Lead the design and delivery of business transformation initiatives Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure solutions are feasible, well-integrated, and designed for long-term scalability. Lead Transformation strategic initiatives such as digital enablement, automation and customer experience improvement. Support the development of KPIs, success metrics, and tracking models to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Relevant experience or track record in business strategy, solution consulting, or enterprise transformation. Experience in workflow/process design, business capability mapping, and operational optimization. Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, business users, and technical teams. Familiar with risk management, governance frameworks, and change management principles. Experience supporting system integrator (SI) sales or solutioning is a plus.
