Salary: $5000 - $6000 Working hours: 5 days Working Location: Raffles Place Job Scope: * Exhibit exceptional guest relationship skills to enhance guest experience * Create and update wine li Salary: $5000 - $6000 Working hours: 5 days Working Location: Raffles Place Job Scope: Exhibit exceptional guest relationship skills to enhance guest experience Create and update wine list in coordination with manager Recommend food and wine pairings Advise guest on wines based on personal tastes and food choices Ensure wines are served at right temperature and within proper glassware Train front of house team in wine menu knowledge, including reviews of daily specials and out of stock items Job Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a sommelier, wine steward, or hospitality role Must have extensive knowledge of wines and regions of different types as well as wine making process Sommelier certification, prior hospitality or fine-dining restaurant experience is advantageous Customer service-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
