Lead wine service during dinner operations, including decanting, tasting, and recommendations.
Organize and host wine events, tastings, or promotions to elevate guest experience.
Restaurant Operations
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, during his/her absence.
Ensure service standards and guest experience meet restaurant expectations.
Supervise, coach, and motivate service team members to maintain professionalism and hospitality.
Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues, and ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service.
Support in staff scheduling, floor planning, and daily briefings.
