Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. Act as the main liaison between suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply, quality, and delivery issues. Maintain supplier master data, contracts, and performance metrics. Identify cost-saving opportunities, assess procurement risks, and support sourcing initiatives. Research and evaluate suppliers to promote competitive and sustainable sourcing. Monitor supplier performance and market trends to support strategic decisions and budgeting. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business expansion and regional sourcing projects. Generate reports and insights to track KPIs and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in procurement or sourcing within the chemical or process manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience with chemical raw materials. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills. Proficient in ERP systems and digital procurement tools. Knowledge of international sourcing and compliance requirements.
