Job Description
On behalf of one of its clients in the fast-moving consumer goods field, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is looking for a Sourcing & Category Manager Assistant.The missions to fulfill are:
- Manage a portfolio of existing suppliers
- Supporting the Sourcing & Category Manager with administrative matters and sales operations,
- Participating in distributor sales collection data, preparation of orders/invoices and restock,
- Involved in a diverse range of projects related to sourcing and category management,
- Coordinating with the warehouse Operations Manager for orders fulfilment process
- Other missions may be entrusted according to the activity schedule and the candidate\'s performance.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management skills
- Good oral and written English is essential. French is also necessary for coordination and communication with partners in Europe.
- Previous experience in FMCG is a plus.
