Job Description


On behalf of one of its clients in the fast-moving consumer goods field, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is looking for a Sourcing & Category Manager Assistant.The missions to fulfill are:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing suppliers
  • Supporting the Sourcing & Category Manager with administrative matters and sales operations,
  • Participating in distributor sales collection data, preparation of orders/invoices and restock,
  • Involved in a diverse range of projects related to sourcing and category management,
  • Coordinating with the warehouse Operations Manager for orders fulfilment process
  • Other missions may be entrusted according to the activity schedule and the candidate\'s performance.
RequirementsProfile:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good oral and written English is essential. French is also necessary for coordination and communication with partners in Europe.
  • Previous experience in FMCG is a plus.
