Job Description
$4K+ AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CBDResponsibilities
- Do often research to understand company\'s operations needs and requirements.
- Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
- Negotiate contract terms, develop, and oversee implementing strategies, and lead negotiations when required.
- Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
- Develop strong relationships with trustworthy vendors and suppliers, including negotiating prices and conditions, and resolving disputes.
- Provide pre- and post-shipment support for all procurement activities: manage specifications, samples, quality, delivery, and payment, and monitor supply chain compliance with contract terms.
- Ensure all suppliers and subcontractors comply with company policies, including ethical sourcing practices, safety, and corporate responsibility.
- Submit reports to the Management as required.
- Bachelor\'s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
