Do often research to understand company\'s operations needs and requirements.
Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
Negotiate contract terms, develop, and oversee implementing strategies, and lead negotiations when required.
Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
Develop strong relationships with trustworthy vendors and suppliers, including negotiating prices and conditions, and resolving disputes.
Provide pre- and post-shipment support for all procurement activities: manage specifications, samples, quality, delivery, and payment, and monitor supply chain compliance with contract terms.
Ensure all suppliers and subcontractors comply with company policies, including ethical sourcing practices, safety, and corporate responsibility.
Submit reports to the Management as required.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
