The Opportunity:Adecco is collaborating with a globally recognized electronics distributor that specializes in high-quality electronic components. With established long-standing partnerships with multiple international brands, they are committed to offering comprehensive one-stop solutions for clients across diverse industries.We are currently seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to join their team, where you will lead sourcing and procurement activities within the business.

• Permanent position
• Work location: Marymount
• Work hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm

The Job:

• Responsible for conducting strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, qualify, and procure electronics components (i.e ICs, PCBA, Diodes, Capacitors).
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms.
• Conduct quick request for quotation (RFQ) processes and schedule procurement activities to issue purchase orders (POs) accurately.
• Monitor delivery schedules and expedite deliveries with suppliers or forwarders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, traders, and industry clients.

The Talent:

• Bachelor\'s and/or Master\'s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the electronics industry.
• Strong industry knowledge in electronics distribution and components market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
