Job Description

Execute sourcing strategies to meet

quality, delivery, and cost

targets. Work closely with Sales on

project quotations, BOM costing, and pricing submissions

. Develop and qualify new materials and suppliers to support business growth. Localize key materials (e.g.,

cables, wires, connectors, components

) to improve supply efficiency and reduce lead times. Evaluate and manage supplier performance for continuous improvement. Negotiate supplier contracts and drive

cost reduction initiatives

. Support resolution of supplier issues related to

pricing, quality, and delivery

. Manage the full procurement cycle: raise POs, confirm orders, track deliveries, and monitor inventory. Ensure timely availability of materials to support

production schedules and customer deliveries

. Review and manage procurement documents (quotations, invoices, delivery notes). Coordinate with

Finance, Planning, Warehouse, and QA teams

for smooth order execution. Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Stay updated on

market trends, tariffs, and logistics costs

to provide sourcing insights * Arrange materials timily delivery to customer as well as the project requirement
