WE ARE HIRING!

F&B SOUS CHEF / JR SOUS CHEF / CDP:

Salary: $2,400 - $4,200 Working Days: 6 days/week Working Hours: 63 hrs/week (excluding 2 hr break) Our cuisines: Italian / Western / Asian

Locations include, but not limited to:

Asia Square Tower (near Downtown MRT, Shenton Way MRT) South Beach Avenue (near Esplanade MRT)

Responsibilities

Involvement of culinary operations in selected cuisine restaurants Execution of new menus with Head Chef & Directors Preparation of daily operations & mise en place Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures Adhere to attendance and discipline levels against duty roster and schedule

Requirements

At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry

; experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions Passionate about food, strong in leadership & able to assist the chef in managing the kitchen Food-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as a team
