In Bad Company is an independent gastrobar with one clear mission: break the rules of bar food. Since 2019, we've built a kitchen where creativity and consistency come together, and where chefs actually get the chance to leave their mark. We're now looking for a Sous Chef to step in -- someone reliable, hungry to grow, and ready to help lead a tight, focused team.
The Role
You'll be the right hand to the Head Chef, helping to run service smoothly while bringing ideas to the table. This isn't a place where you disappear into a hierarchy -- it's a chance to be part of shaping the food direction, building specials, and mentoring the crew.
Responsibilities
Lead the team during service, keeping standards high.
Work with the Head Chef on menu planning and specials.
Uphold consistency, quality, and hygiene.
Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs.
Manage prep, ordering, and cost control together with the team.
Requirements
Proven experience as Sous Chef, or strong Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
Solid cooking skills, discipline, and reliability.
Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with flavors.
Team player who thrives in a small but driven kitchen.
