Assist Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management Prepare and serve authentic Indian cuisine; Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dining areas (including dishwashing duties); Manage inventory and stock of ingredients and supplies; Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety standards;

Minimum 3 years of working experience Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Responsible, punctual, and a proactive team player; Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays; * Excellent attendance and reliability
