Job Description

Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Supervise kitchen staff to ensure dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Plan menus, develop new dishes, and ensure consistency across all food items. Monitor food inventory, control costs, and assist with ingredient purchasing. Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations. Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen assistants to improve skills and efficiency. * Support the Head Chef in managing workflow and resolving operational issues.
