We are hiring a Chef for our restaurant
Requirements:
At least 3 year experience as a Sous Chef
At least 3 years experience in a western cuisine kitchen
Able to come up with menu
Experience in coming up with new dishes
Experience in planning and executing pairing dinners with beverage suppliers
Experience in training junior cooks
Experience setting up and using the josper grill
Experience in open flame cooking is required
