What you'll be doing:

Support and supervise the kitchen team for smooth daily operations Ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and portioning Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control Train and guide junior chefs to improve skills and efficiency Address and resolve kitchen disputes, escalating to management when necessary Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safety regulations and licensing conditions Ensure cleanliness and proper grooming across the kitchen Step in to oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence
Carry out any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
