We are an Italian wine bar and restaurant along Joo Chiat road. We open for dinner Mon to Sat and lunch from from Thurs to Sun. We are looking for passionate chefs to join our family!
Responsibilities:
Direct food preparation and collaborates with Head chef and Executive Chef
Produce high quality plates, including both design and taste.
Assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Keep station clean and complies with food safety standards.
Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment.
Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
Working with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
Informing Head Chef of food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
Being responsible for health and safety
Being responsible for food hygiene practices
Monitor the production of food items to ensure compliance with prescribed recipes and specifications..
Minimise food wastage.
Other job related tasks as and when assigned.
Benefits:
Salary from $3000 to $3800 (depending on experience)
Performance Bonus
12 days AL (with increment of 1 day per year until the max of 17 days)
Monthly Attendance Incentives
- Annual Health Incentives (0 to 2 Mcs - $150 to $500)
Annual Long Service Incentives from $800 (1 year of service) to $2000 (5 years and above of service
The Employee shall be entitled to either a staff meal or a meal allowance of $4 per day of work performed
