The Opportunity:



We are seeking a visionary and passionate Head Chef to become the culinary heartbeat of our restaurant. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to build a reputation, lead a dedicated team, and shape the food scene in our city. You will have the creative freedom to develop a menu that honors tradition while embracing innovation, all within a supportive environment that values quality above all else.





Menu Development & Culinary Leadership:



Research, design, and execute a compelling menu that showcases the diversity of South American cuisines (e.g., Peruvian, Argentine, Brazilian, Chilean, Colombian). Develop and standardize all recipes, plating guides, and preparation methods. Introduce daily specials and seasonal menus to keep the offering dynamic and exciting. * Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
