Mission
The Commercial Support Advisor plays the role in the administrative aspects of customer interactions, offer management, and basic pricing. This position supports the commercial team's efforts to provide efficient and effective services to clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping and contributing to marketing intelligence efforts.
Key Accountabilities
Business Intelligence and Data Reporting
+ Assist in gathering business intelligence, competitor analysis, market trends
+ Generate reports and presentations to support decision making with commercial team
+ Assist is data analysis related to customer segmentation and pricing
Customer Communication
+ Ensure prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries
+ Communicate effectively internally and externally regarding offers and pricing
Customer Data Management
+ Create and maintain accurate customer records
+ Handle customer enquiries related to account information and updates
+ Assist in preparation of offers for enquiries received
+ Understand and assist commercial team to maintain pricing strategy
+ Ensure consistency and accuracy in offer documents
+ Maintain proper record of offers, pricing agreements and other relevant documents
+ Ensure compliance with company policies regarding record keeping and reporting
+ Assist in value added offerings to clients as requested
Administrative Support
+ Provide administrative support to the commercial team
+ Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
+ Maintain accurate records and organized filing of documents
Education
High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance Management
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer data management, sales support, or a related administrative role.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and database management for maintaining accurate customer records.
Experience in offer emission and pricing strategies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation.
Proficiency in administrative support tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills to assist in data analysis, reporting, and market trend evaluations.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and pricing agreements.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
