Responsibilities:
Keep work area clean and neat at all times
Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Spa Operations Supervisor
To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa
Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Spa Manager
To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa
To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings
Will be expected to assist various demonstrations and events
Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Treatment Spa Manager
Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Spa Manager
Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required: Front Desk, Spa Retail, Area Relaxation, Area Preparation Room, Fitness Centre and Spa Suite
Requirement:
Senior School qualification or equivalent is a must
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a service environment is a must
* Previous experience working in a 5-star hotel environment at housekeeping department will be an advantage
