Role Overview:As a Part-Time Spa Coordinator, your mission is to deliver an exceptional spa experience by managing appointments, supporting our team, and ensuring every client feels valued and rejuvenated. Your role is key in maintaining a seamless, serene environment that embodies our commitment to top-notch service and wellness.Responsibilities & Duties:

• Be the first smiling face our clients see, ensuring their journey from booking to bliss is seamless.
• Keep everything running like clockworkappointments, schedules, and all the little details.
• Handle housekeeping duties and manage inventory to ensure everything is well-maintained.
• Work closely with our therapists and beauty advisors to ensure the highest quality service.
• Handle inquiries, manage bookings, and maintain client records.
• Assist in creating a relaxing, luxurious environment that keeps clients coming back for more.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Bilingualism is a plus.
