We are looking for a fun and vibrant team player who cares deeply about delivering great experiences for our members and guests! You will be helping our members and guests look and feel their best! Those keen for an internship are welcome to apply! Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests into the spa, and assist them with their requests.
• Spa phone duty \xe2\x80\x93 to take charge of responding and answering phone calls and messages
• Book in/edit members requests for spa into the online spa booking system
• General administrative and ad-hoc work to be tasked and done from desk at spa
• Responsible for opening and closing of spa
• Responsible to have walk throughs around the spa every now and then to ensure cleanliness and safety of everyone
• Scheduling of guest treatment reservation
• Responding to guests enquiries and messages
• Responsible for spa operations
• Welcoming/bidding farewell
• Upselling of treatment and services
• Product sales Cashiering Closing report

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year relevant experience (not a must, but added advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
