Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Manage daily spa appointments and schedules efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and courteously.
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, in accordance with spa standards and protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and serene reception area and treatment rooms at all times.
Promote and upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products to enhance client experience and revenue.
Handle client payments accurately and maintain proper transaction records.
Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations within the spa.
Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment for all guests.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Previous experience as a spa receptionist and/or therapist is preferred.
Certification in massage therapy or other relevant spa treatments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of spa software and booking systems is a plus.
