Ning Spa is seeking an outgoing individual to provide excellence service to massage patrons at the heart of Changi. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: - Attend to customer enquiries an Ning Spa is seeking an outgoing individual to provide excellence service to massage patrons at the heart of Changi. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: - Attend to customer enquiries and sales of spa services - Oversee front desk duties such as collecting payments and booking of appointments - Garner good service reviews and handle any customer complains - Plan duty roster of massage therapists - Maintain good spa environment in store - Any other related responsibilities Requirements: - Prior customer service experience in related fields - Able to commit weekends Work location: Jewel Changi Airport - 11am to 9pm, 5 to 6 days work week including weekends About Us: Ning is a first class spa located a the travel hub at Jewel Changi, offering luxurious massage service to pamper locals and tourists.
